Coffee Marinade for Chicken

This recipe for Coffee Marinade is an out of the box taste extravaganza.  Most chicken madinade recipes call for the chicken to soak anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours.  We say, NO…. get that chicken in this blend of sweet, acidic, smokey, exotic flavors and let it stay there for at least 4 hours or, if you can prolong immediate gratification, 24 hours in the refrigerator.  When you grill it, roast it or broil it…you will start planning your next dinner party to show it off!
